Arrived on site. Inspected existing water softener. Gave the customer an estimate for replacement. Customer wants to buy the unit they have in mine and then contact us for installation. Customer satisfied with todays service.

Customer concerned that water is dripping onto roof instead of being connected to drain pipe to ground. Tested drain pipe and found it clear of obstruction. Quoted customer to rebuild drain pipe and perform full inspection of unit. On approval, returned onto roof with proper materials, connected drain and trap to pipe leading down to ground level, performed inspection of rooftop pkg unit. Completed checklist, noted that service disconnect is bypassed and not functional. Informed customer that service disconnect is required by code and quoted to replace. No other repairs noted at this time.

Upon arrival customer had no outdoor condenser fan running. Found capacitor bulged. Provided quote to replace. Customer approved. Tested operation. System refrigerant pressures to spec as well as compressor and outdoor fan motor. Signed customer up for VIP plan. All work is complete. Answered customers concerns with r-22 refrigerant l. Explained replacement of equipment is the best option and explained conversion of system to 427a is an option in the future if leaks were to occur.

Technician found the Low pressure stuck in open. Will need to install a new low pressure switch and test unit operation. Arrived on site and went to roof. Located equipment and disconnected power. Installed new low pressure switch on suction line using refrigeration service Tee to allow future service. Tested operation. System currently operating with an active leak but cooling at this time. All work is complete.

Arrived on site and checked in with mall. Went to quick cash and was shown where leak was in suite coming from air handler to split system. Found drain stub not glued from system to main drain line leaking at bottom of stub. System uses 1 inch pipe which is not truck stock. Applied thread sealant to outside of pipe to seal water leak. No other signs of water leak in ceiling. Also noticed part of suction line not insulated but not sweating while on site. All work is complete.

Arrived on site to perform cooling maintenance on 6 year old Bryant split system. Changed customers filter and set thermostat into cooling. Went to attic unit and checked temp split and blower amps. Disconnected power and checked evap coil, drain pan, and drain line. Checked blower assembly and all electrical connections. Went to outdoor unit and checked capacitor for CFM and compressor. Checked CFM and all the electrical connections. Reconnected power and checked refrigerant levels and amp draws for CFM and compressor. Noticed refrigerant was a little low on charge. Customer approved adding refrigerant but wanted to wait on doing a leak search. Added refrigerant and tested operation. Unit is currently operating at factory standards. All work is complete

Arrived at customers house their thermostat had stopped working. Found it was being held out by overflow. Cleared water and cleared drain line with nitrogen. System is working properly at this time.

Arrived on site to inspect possible leak from attic unit. Set thermostat into cooling and went to attic unit. Inspected evap coil, as well as the primary and secondary drain pans. I also inspected the drain line all the way to the point where it exits the building. Found no leaks in the attic unit. Found that the water spot in question was from a spilt drink. Helped customer clean up spill and inspected wall and roof for potential water damage or signs of a leak. No leaks found at this time. Went to outdoor unit to check refrigerant levels. Noticed the readings were slightly off, but the customer had to leave soon, so I was unable to wait the necessary amount of time to get an accurate reading. Gave customer my info so they can give us a call if there are any future issues. Unable to collect payment from on site contact. They directed me to their father for payment, but I was unable to contact him. All work is complete.

Arrived on site to check a leaking unit. Removed panel to indoor unit and saw coil was freezing and leaking water before it could reach the drain pan. Went to roof and checked refrigerant levels. Levels are severely low. Unit runs on R22 and we are unable to add charge. Built an estimate for conversion to R427A with a leak search. I recommend system replacement over repairs. Customer has an appointment with our comfort consultant for this upcoming Monday. Customer had $25 coupon that I used for the dispatch fee. All work is complete.
