“The tune up needed was done in a very timely manner, leaving the area around our system exactly as he found it. The technician also provided background information, including cost estimates, regarding a few things we could do as preventative care for our system to prevent a possible larger issue down the line should there be a part failure of sorts. “Technicians Kevin Jackson and Dillon Harris from Ambient Edge came out 10/29/24 to remove old A/C unit and install a new A/C heat pump. Also replace some of the air ducts and install a new thermostat. They had to bring in a crane to get the the new A/C unit to the back of the home. But all went well, Kevin & Dillon got the job done and made sure all was working before they left. They also did great job cleaning up, thanks Kevin and Dillon.”
