Upon inspection, technician found there is still an active leak. Recommend adding more dye to follow up and locate leak one week later. Dye was already added on last call, checked entire system for visible leaks with dye, none found, pressurized system with 450 pasig of nitrogen, no leaks found and system held pressure for over 30 minutes, isolated line set and evap and condensing unit, pressurized with 450 psig of nitrogen, need to return in couple days to check.
Found capacitor weak, blower motor canâ€™t start. Quoted to replace capacitor and also to clean blower assembly. Tried to use finance but customer is is expired. He will call office Monday to see if they can work with finance co to get something approved.
Found run capacitor burnt out. Replaced capacitor and tested operation. Everything working normally at this time.
Service warranty Unit 4- found fuses burnt out again. Replaced fuses and tested system operation. Noted that fuse appears to have overheated. Wire connection at fuse overheated and corroded, repaired wiring. System running as should.
Arrived on-site, turned on cooling from thermostat. Checked attic and verified fan was running. Checked outside and found that the compressor was not running despite itâ€™s contactor being energized with 24v. Tested dual run capacitor and measured 10/70 mfd. Checked capacitor windings from terminals and measured resistance across all terminals. Tested fan terminal and found that it was still serviceable. Using a single run 70mfd capacitor, jumped capacitor wiring to old capacitor common and restored power. System is currently operating satisfactory with no other discrepancies found.
Arrived on site to troubleshoot water in floor issue. After troubleshooting determined that water lines behind shower wall or leaking. Cut hole in shower wall replaced leaking water lines with new pipe and fittings and installed access panel on the shower wall. Connected pipes under home to shower lines that were leaking. All functions normal. Customer is aware that sealant around access panel needs to cure for 24 hours before she runs water. Customer satisfied with work done.
Checked front walk in cooler, de iced coil and checked operation, found super heat at txv off, second time needing adjustment, need to replace txv, repair qoute submitted

Arrived on site. Turned off water to both toilets via angle stop. Drained both toilets. Removed both existing toilets. Replaced wax rings and bolts. Installed both customer supplied toilets. Restored water. Checked for leaks. None at this time. Customer happy.
Arrived on site to give estimate for water softener replacement. Customer chose to go with the customer supplied softener estimate. The estimate includes swapping out old water softener for new (like for like) and supply lines with shutoff valve on inlet side. Customer wants scheduled as soon as we can do the work. Customer is aware that we do not warranty customer supplied parts.
