Return air grill making a humming noise. When Previous tech put the filter in during maintenance it was a bit side ways casing an air hum to accrue around the open part of the return air grill. Straitened our filter and humming has stoped.
Checked all amp draws, temperatures, and pressures. The drain pan in the attic is not properly supported, the drain line does not slope down, and the primary drain is out further than the drain pan, and the evaporator coil is filled with drywall. They are having the home builder make corrections. Signed up on annual maintenance plan.
