I called Ambient Edge AC and Heating the customer service was excellent she schedule my service for the same day and give a time frame of 4 hours. Ryan came early than my schedule time he was very professional and took the time to inspect in the attic and the air vent were working. He explained the issues of concerns in terms were easy to understand. After Ryan climbing on the roof quickly diagnosed the problem and he was able to see was it was wrong and show me the parts it needed to be replaced and the job was completed. Also, Ryan made some suggestions to prevent future problems. Ryan was very clean and neat to work around my house I am truly satisfied with their service and I will call them again

Per managers request dropped the temperature 1 degree on unit 1 that service the front of the store. Found thermostat for unit 2 that services the cash wrap area not running due to the batteries being dead. Replaced batteries and set temperature down 1 degree MOD: Nicole h.
7/2/2020- upon arrival found unit running and cooling. Checked all motors and they checked in tolerance. Found blower capacitor and dual capacitor tested out of range. The condenser fan motor showing signs of heat damage but had low amperage. Found the air filter extremely impacted restricting air flow. Replaced all customer supplied air filters in house and washed the condenser coil with water. Tested unit currently operating as designed with a 20 degrees split.
7/2/2020- performed Spring Pm with coil cleaning on Carrier split system. Found blow capacitor and compressor capacitor tested out of range. The condenser fan motor was close to full load amperage with signs of excessive heat damage. Due to age (20) condition and phased out R22 highly recommended system replacement over repairs. When putting new components into older system may cause older components to fail. Customer agreed and will think about system replacement: advised may call anytime to have a comfort consultant come to evaluate for new system. Customer paid through Loweâ€™s over the phone.
Performed filter change only maintenance. Replaced all filters. The store is temporarily closed so there is no manager on site to sign. Closing authorization code: 616417257
Upon inspection the technician found that the system has a leak somewhere in it and recommends adding refrigerant and return in 2 weeks to do leak check and repair. 7-2-20 I returned to the store and added the refrigerant. I performed the leak search but didnâ€™t see any leaks. I suspect the lost refrigerant was from hooking up gauges too many times. System is working properly at this time Jennifer G
Upon inspection the technician found that the temp controller has failed and needs to be replaced. 7/02/2020 Installed new controller. Tested unit. Found that evaporator fan was getting caught on drain pan. Adjusted drain pan and evaporator fan grill mount...fan no longer hitting. Unit currently running as designed MOD: Tom P.
Upon filter change out the technician noticed that one of the units were off due to am alarm. technician will need to come back and do diagnosis to find problem and more quote may follow 7/2/2020- found communication was turned off to unit, was able to reset and checked electrical. Found no electrical shorts to ground, motor amps were in tolerance. Found a couple supply diffusers were not fully open, was able to open them. Tested unit, currently operating as designed.
