Upon inspection, technician found controller failed in the on position. Unit is still able to make ice but cannot be turned off or put into clean mode. Recommend replacing control board and deep cleaning ice machine. Cannot clean ice machine until this is done. 07/30/2021 Upon arrival ice machine wasnâ€™t functioning. I replaced control board. Tested unit. Unit currently making ice. I will have to return on a day when I could get here at 10am so that I have access to the sink and have enough time to deep clean ice machine. 08/02/2021 Arrived on site and performed deep cleaning and sanitizing of downstairs ice machine. Tested unit. Unit currently running as designed.
Completed PM on air compressor and vacuum system. Vicky W
Upon inspection, technician found blower motor failed, weak capacitor, and a refrigerant leak. Recommend replacing motor, cap, and repairing leak. Replaced blower motor and checked amps/OK. Replace capacitor. Put gauges on unit and found it now it has pressure, where before when when diagnosed it was flat of refrigerant. Started unit and checked pressures and temps/OK. Found where someone had left a tool on the roof next to unit, wasnâ€™t there before. Also, there are toolmarks on the TXV where I had spotted oil and no tool marks before during diagnosis. Invoice now requires adjustment.
Upon inspection, technician found compressor windings shorted. Recommend replacing compressor. recovered refrigerant from unit. Removed existing compressor filter dryer and capacitor. Installed new filter dryer, compressor and capacitor. Performed nitrogen pressure test/OK. Evacuated system down to 500 Âµm. Charged unit with a new R410a. Started unit, checked pressures, amps and Delta T/OK. RTU3 Has bad disconnect. Bakelite was cracked upon arrival and when tech went to put jumper back in it is crumbled it fell apart. Checked operation of breaker on RTU three and it works properly. Disconnect on unit is just a service disconnect, no fuses or breaker, jumped line voltage wires to load at disconnect to get going. Unit was running and condenser fan motor just stopped. After troubleshooting electrical system no control voltage Coming out of control board to outdoor fan relay. Needs new board.
WO# 10294672 39153 Tracking number 184006018 Store is hot maybe the back of the store. Found unit #9 off on high water fault. Reset unit, cleared P-Trap and cleaned condenser coil. System operating 2 stages at this time. Downstairs while talking with management they said that the store was remodeled 1 year ago and ever since then the break room offices and warehouse havenâ€™t worked correctly. Looking at strictly at the ductwork and sensor placement it doesnâ€™t appear to be correct for units 7,8&9. Will put in quote for time to look at this situation and fix it. Juan C
Performed inspection on RTUs 1,2,3 and 4, including filter sizes/count and belt sizes. Will quote for repairs recommend. MOD: Yasu Y.
Upon arrival checked in with contact. He informed me it was the same unit as last call I was on here and that it periodically shuts off and wonâ€™t come on for about at least an hour. Informed contact weâ€™re gonna have to clean the unit condenser coil. No access to water on roof. Waiting on contact for water access. Checked condenser fan motor capacitor and it is dead. Replaced condenser fan motor capacitor. Chemically cleaned unit with a Nu- Brite and rinsed repeatedly. Unit was very dirty and ran black for approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Put unit back together and started it up checked amps and pressures/OK.
Located units on roof and replaced filters in two Trane units, Replaced filters in storage room, break room and A/V room nothing of note about units that we could see at time of filter change All filters were replaced.
Quote to replace damper motor and control board on RTU#1. Replaced control board and damper on VAV, Unable to get ahold of Trane, will have to come back. Melissa F Unable to get in touch with trane. I believe it is to late in the day. They are based on east coast so they are 3 hours ahead of us. Must return earlier I. The day to contact trane tech support. MOD: tianna t Contacted comfort system, transferred to Trane for programming damper motor and circuit board. System reprogrammed and verified system operating correctly at this time. MOD: Tianna T.
Upon inspection, technician found blower belt extremely worn and blower sheave out of adjustment. Recommend replacing belt and adjusting sheave Started raining will return tomorrow. Replaced belt and adjusted sheave, Checked amps/OK.
